Joining an InnerCHANGE team is a process of discovery and discernment. We will walk alongside you to discover if God is inviting you to a rich life of solidarity with the marginalized.

Internships and Apprenticeships up to 3 years are available with many of our teams.

• As a team member, you will engage in weekly rhythms of work and rest.
• A mentor will walk with you as you process your experiences and integrate them into Jesus' work in the world and who God has created you to be.
• You will join the work of your team in bridging the gap between the assets and needs of your community.
• At the end of your commitment, we’ll help you evaluate your experience and discern what’s next.
