The Little Haiti team is currently in the exploration and planting stage which means the apprentice will be a vital part of pioneering and establishing the foundation of this team. Language and cultural learning will be high priority. Ethnographic research, relational networking and development through a community asset mapping process will also be primary. This internship will require significant flexibility, a posture of humble learning and the ability to initiate and work independently when necessary.

Speaks French or French Creole
Experience living/working cross culturally, especially with Haitian or Caribbean culture.
Openness/desire to explore a longer term role in InnerCHANGE after the internship.
Learning from the Horizons coach, team leader(s) and other local leaders.
